The present invention relates to a photographing and image acquisition system capable of switching a photographing mode for a meteorological target and efficiently acquiring an image. Particularly, an aspect of the present invention discloses a photographing and image acquisition system comprising a fixed camera mounted at the center of a flight vehicle; a rotary camera group composed of a left rotary camera installed on the left side of the fixed camera and a right rotary camera installed on the right side of the fixed camera; a mode switch control unit controlling a switch between multi-modes; and a stereogram performing unit making image data of an image acquisition region in a single mode into a three-dimensional image when an image acquisition region in a multi-mode partially covers the image acquisition region in the single mode.
