A hazardous material detection sensor, a method of fabricating the same and a real-time hazardous material alarm device using the same are disclosed. The hazardous material detection sensor according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a substrate; a first electrode provided on a substrate; a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode on the substrate; a carbon nanotube array provided on a free end of the first electrode and the second electrode; and a reactive material coated on one side of at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the reactive material can contract or expand through a chemical reaction with a detection target material, the electrode coated with the reactive material is mechanically displaced and a contact resistance between the carbon nanotube array varies according to the contraction or the expansion of the reactive material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
