The present invention relates to a thermal diffusion sheet stacked with natural graphite and composite graphite and, more particularly, to a thermal diffusion sheet stacked with natural graphite and composite graphite in which composite graphite layers are stacked on both surfaces of a natural graphite layer. Furthermore, the present invention is characterized by including a second graphite layer containing natural graphite, a first graphite layer that contains composite graphite which is stacked on one surface of the second graphite layer, and a third graphite layer that contains composite graphite which is stacked on the other surface of the second graphite layer.
