The present invention relates to an eco-friendly non-slip pavement material of which reflexive performance may be confirmed and physical properties may not be deteriorated in early stages, and a method of constructing non-slip road surface using the same. The non-slip material includes a non-slip composition including an acryl composition containing 44-50 wt% of methyl methacrylate (MMA), 31-37 wt% of n-butyl acrylate, 6-10 wt% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TPT), 6-10 wt% of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 1-2 wt% of solvent naphtha, and 1-2 wt% of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, and a curing agent at a weight ratio of 98 : 2. The non-slip material has excellent non-slip properties of the MMA, improved water resistance, layer strength and storing stability, and reinforced physical properties. Thus, when the non-slip material is applied in a bike lane, a curved road, a downhill road and a load-bearing bus-only lane, the shape of the road surface may be kept without breakage for a long time. The non-slip material has transparency due to the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and has improved reflexive performance. In addition, the reflexive performance may be improved further by additionally introducing beads.
