The present invention relates to a method of evaluating the quality of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) data and a system thereof and, more specifically, to a method of evaluating the quality of GNSS data capable of evaluating the quality of GNSS data in each ground station by providing comprehensive quality data such as the number of cycle slips in a carrier wave of GNSS data, number of outliers, number of short arcs, receiver noise, multi-path error amount of ionospheric layer delay errors of code and smoothed code, and ratio of measured data, and a system thereof.
