The present invention relates to a combustion system for fine-powdered petroleum coke refined powder, having an integrated combustion chamber provided with a slagging prevention means and provided with a wet desulfurizing dust collector. According to the present invention, the wet desulfurizing dust collector is provided to remove sulfur dioxide (SOx) generated during combustion in which fine-powdered petroleum coke (petro coke) refined powder is used as a combustion fuel of a boiler, so that the combustion chamber of the boiler has an improved structure to increase sulfur dioxide (SOx) removal efficiency. Also, a slagging phenomenon in a screen tube of a steam-generating steam generation unit of the boiler, which is attributable to a melting phenomenon of ashes produced during the combustion, can be mitigated. In addition, collapse of a fire barrier that forms an inner wall of the combustion chamber, which is attributable to the melting phenomenon of the ashes, can be prevented. Accordingly, boiler repair and maintenance that is required in a case where the fine-powdered petroleum coke refined powder is used as the combustion fuel can be minimized.
