The present invention relates to a hot stamping method and a hot stamping mold device and, more specifically, a hot stamping method for molding and trimming a blank at a time and a hot stamping mold device. The hot stamping method according to the present invention is provided to perform molding and trimming works at a time, thereby reducing processing costs and time, and to reduce the hardness of a trimmed part, thereby extending a service life of a punch used to trim and obtaining a clean cut.
