Disclosed are a quantitative antimicrobial efficiency evaluation method for an antimicrobial specimen using a disc diffusion method and a measuring apparatus using the same method. The quantitative antimicrobial efficiency evaluation method of the antimicrobial specimen using the disc diffusion method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of (a) applying the disc diffusion method to a first specimen, where no group is expected to be observed, to measure a maximum inhibition zone width (IZW_max) by a measuring apparatus and applying a colony counting method to measure a colony forming unit (CFU_0) by a measuring apparatus (S110); (b) applying the disc diffusion method to a second specimen with arbitrary antimicrobial power to measure a microbial growth inhibition zone width (IZW_i) and applying the colony counting method to measure a colony forming unit (CFU_i) (S120); (c) calculating coefficients alpha and beta by a calculation unit using formulas (10) and (20) based on an experiment result (S130); (d) applying the disc diffusion method to a specimen under measurement to measure a microbial growth inhibition zone width (IZW_x) by a measuring apparatus (S140); and calculating a quantitative antimicrobial power result value (n) by using a formula (30) (S150).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
