The present invention relates to an apparatus for stirring polluted soil and a method for remediating polluted soil including organic compounds using the same. The apparatus for stirring polluted soil according to the present invention comprises a hopper for inputting soil polluted by organic compounds including oil; a transfer unit including a transfer pipe having one end part thereof connected to the hopper to introduce polluted soil and having an outlet for discharging polluted soil formed at the other end part thereof, and a screw installed in the transfer pipe to be able to rotate so as to transfer the polluted soil to the outlet; a pulverizing unit including a housing having an inlet for introducing the polluted soil from the transfer unit and an outlet for discharging the polluted soil, and a pulverizer installed in the housing to crush and pulverize the polluted soil; a stirring unit including a case having an entrance part for introducing the polluted soil from the pulverizing unit and an exit part for discharging the polluted soil, and a stirrer installed in the case to stir the polluted soil and treatment liquid for restoring the polluted soil to be discharged to the exit part.
