Cosmetic Composition Having Water in Oil in Water Type Multiple Emulsion Phase Comprising a Anionic Surfactant and Manufacturing Method Thereof

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition of a water-in-oil-in-water type multiple emulsion phase is provided to firmly maintain the phase using an anionic surfactant and to improve the delivery of water soluble active ingredients and useful ingredients into the skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition of a water-in-oil-in-water type multiple emulsion phase comprises: a first aqueous phase part containing a water soluble active ingredient; an oil phase part containing a first aqueous phase part and useful ingredients; and a second aqueous phase part containing an oil phase part and an anionic surfactant on the boundary with the oil phase part. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: preparing the first aqueous phase part; preparing the oil phase part; mixing the first aqueous phase part and the oil phase part and forming first aqueous phase part particles containing the water soluble active ingredient to prepare a water-in-oil type emulsion phase; preparing the second aqueous phase part containing the anionic surfactant; and mixing the second aqueous phase part with the water-in-oil type emulsion phase to prepare a cosmetic material of a water-in-oil-in-water multiple emulsion phase.
