The present invention relates to: a method of continuous construction of a prestressed concrete composite girder adopting a composite tension method to be able to easily secure working space because of working for fixing continuous PC steel wire in cross beams in second tension as efficiently decreasing negative moment after manufacturing a PSC girder adopting a pretension method, and applying second PC steel wire and continuous PC steel wire at the same time in a continuation process, to effectively resist a shearing force applied to a bridge as a shearing key part is formed on a binding face, and to structurally stabilize point parts because tension can be controlled in or before a step for placing an upper-part structure of the bridge by a tension controlling means; and to a concrete composite girder bridge constructed thereby.
