The present invention relates to a method for recovering nitrogen and valuable metal from a waste solder solution and, more specifically, includes a step for recovering tin by stirring and precipitating the tin while injecting air to a solder solution after heating the solder solution; a step for recovering nitrogen by performing a diffusion dialysis on an ion exchange membrane with the solder solution remained after the recovery of tin; and a step for recovering copper by adding an acid to the solder solution removed of the nitrogen and precipitating the copper.
