PURPOSE: A macromolecular separating membrane comprising carbon oxide for water treatment, a water treatment apparatus and a water treatment process are provided to offer enhanced filtering ability in a separating membrane by preventing pollution on the surface of the separating membrane. CONSTITUTION: A macromolecular separating membrane comprises tabular carbon oxide. The tabular carbon oxide comprises grapheme oxide and derivative. The macromolecular separating membrane comprises at least one selected from a group comprising a polyamide group, a polysulfone group, a polycarbonate group, a fluoride group and a celluloseacetate group. The tabular carbon oxide comprises 0.2-2 by weight% of the total separating membrane weight.
