A POLYMERIC FLAME RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION FOR GENERATING LOW-QUANTITY FOR TOXIC GASES DURING COMBUSTION

Disclosed is a polymeric resin composition from which a small quantity of a toxic gas is generated during combustion and in which a halogen-based flame retardant agent and non-halogen-based flame retardant agent are mixed, and a smoke controlling agent which controls the generation of smoke during combustion is reinforced, so that flame retardancy is improved and the generation of smoke is reduced. The polymeric resin composition, based on 100 parts by weight a matrix including a single polyethylene resin or a mixed resin of polyethylene and octyne-based elastomer, comprises: 9-15 parts by weight of a halogen flame retardant agent; 2-4 parts by weight of antimony trioxide; 1-4 parts by weight of an MC flame retardant agent; 1-4 parts by weight of a phosphorus-nitrogen-based flame retardant agent; 1-4 parts by weight of talc; and 1-4 parts by weight of zinc borate.
