The present invention relates to an identification method of Xanthomonas hyacinthi by which Xanthomonas hyacinthi is identified by identifying 23S rRNA separated from a sample. By using the identification method of Xanthomonas hyacinthi and an identification probe, Xanthomonas hyacinthi can be effectively identified from Xanthomonas genus.
