The present invention relates to a percutaneous minimally invasive intervertebral artificial disc which can be inserted in the adjacent vertebras. The percutaneous minimally invasive intervertebral artificial disc comprises: a ��shaped artificial disc body which is inserted in the adjacent vertebras so as to support the top and bottom vertebras and provide the same with an elastic force; and an artificial disc fixing means which is connected inside of the artificial disc body, wherein a projection unit protruding through opening units formed at the top and bottom of the artificial disc body is coupled with the top and bottom vertebras, so that the artificial disc body is prevented from being separated from the adjacent vertebras. According to the present invention, the adjacent vertebras are supported by means of an elastic force, so that abrasion problems caused by frequent friction between a top plate and a bottom plate of the artificial disc can be solved. Moreover, the fixing means protruding through the opening units formed at the top and bottom of the artificial disc is coupled with the top and bottom vertebras, so that the artificial disc can be prevented from being separated from the adjacent vertebras. In addition, the artificial disc is coupled with an artificial disc inserting device and is inserted therein at a waist side through minimal invasion, so that incisions and bleeding can be minimized.
