The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an accessory to which an enamel decorating body is joined and an accessory to which an enamel decorating body. More specifically, an enamel ink is applied to be formed in the shape of a dome to accentuate a sense of volume on the surface of a decorating part of the accessory such as a necklace, earrings, a ring, a bracelet and so on which are made of gold or silver. Detachable molding pieces are used so that enamel inks in different colors can be applied on the surface and be cured. Therefore, colors and glossiness unique to enamel enhance a beautiful appearance of the accessory.
