The present invention relates to a mirroring touch control device which is used to implement the mirroring between a touch-type monitor for a vehicle and a mobile communication terminal and a mirroring touch control method thereof. The mirroring touch control device according to the present invention includes: a mirroring conversion unit which is connected to the touch-type monitor for the vehicle and mirrors the image and sound of the mobile communication terminal to a touchscreen of the touch-type monitor for the vehicle; a touch point detection unit which is connected to a touch recognition sensor unit of the touchscreen to recognize and store the coordinates of a touch input received to the screen of the mobile communication terminal mirrored on the touchscreen; a touch point signal conversion unit which converts the coordinate values of the touch input to a current signal or a voltage signal; and a touch control means which is mounted on a side of a center fascia of the vehicle to enable a user to indirectly enter touch inputs on a touch panel unit of the mobile communication terminal.
