The present invention relates to a plasma reactor for easily injecting modification target materials into swirl plasma generated by a plasma torch. A plasma reactor for easily injecting modification target materials into swirl plasma generated by a plasma torch according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a microwave oscillator which is connected to a power supply unit; a waveguide which transmits a microwave generated by the microwave oscillator; a tubular plasma generation unit which is arranged to vertically penetrate the waveguide to generates plasma; a gas injection unit which supplies swirl gas to the plasma generation unit; a tubular reactor which includes an angular part not to be parallel to the axial direction of the plasma generation unit and is connected to be communicated with the plasma generation unit; and a modification target material injection unit which is installed to inject modification target materials parallel to the direction of the plasma going straight after being bent from the reactor while not being parallel to the axial direction of the plasma generation unit. In this case, it is preferred that the plasma generation gas is carbon dioxide.
