The present invention relates to a casting assembly structure of a bucket elevator gantry conveyor for a continuous ship unloader, and a gear exchanging method thereof, in which a flange type is employed to easily separate or engage three segmented casings, and a gear provided on the casings can be quickly and accurately replaced without additional cutting and welding work because of the structural feature, thereby enhancing work accuracy and speed. Therefore, manual processes caused by gear replacement can be largely reduced to maximize work efficiency and improve safety. The casing assembly structure comprises a casing unit (10) segmented in three parts along a vertical direction, that is, upper and lower casings (11, 12) and a middle casing (13) which are arranged in a cylindrical shape to form an inner hollow space, and used as a moving passage of a target by a conveyor; at least plural spaced frames (20) mounted on the outer surface of the upper casing (11) and formed in a bent shape; a support base (30) horizontally disposed in a flat type at the lower casing (12) of the casing part; a jig member (40) disposed in a space between the support base (30) and each spaced frame (20) to guide vertical lifting of the upper casing (11) together with the spaced frame; and a gear member (50) horizontally disposed in an outer surface zone of the casing unit in which the upper casing (11) and the middle casing (13) are adjacent to each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
