The present invention relates to a magnetoelectric composite material laminate for an energy harvesting device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic composite material laminate for an energy harvesting device includes: a first layer which is made of a magnetostrictive material; and a second layer which is formed on the first layer and is made of a piezoelectric single crystal material. The direction of the piezoelectric single crystal material in the second layer matches with the thickness direction of the second layer. The single crystals are rhombohedral relaxor ferroelectrics single crystals with a composite perovskite crystal structure.
