The present invention relates to a maintenance fixture for a disuse cartridge case maintaining a cartridge case of high explosive in long-term storage, and a maintenance method for a disuse cartridge case using the same, and more specifically, to a maintenance fixture for a disuse cartridge case, which prevents pollution of the inside of a cartridge case caused by demilitarization of a detonator generated in a maintenance process of the cartridge case by using a plurality of maintenance fixture for a disuse cartridge case, separates a detonator assembly (Detonator + Ignition cartridge case) without damage of a base material, and standardizes a detonator linkage by processing, thereby replacing only a propelling charging and the detonator linkage with a new product without discarding the existing cartridge case, and to a maintenance method for a disuse cartridge case using the same.
