The present invention relates to a non-motorized stationary ventilator with improved exhaust performance, including a fixed die (110), a plurality of air flow guide members (120, 130), and a cover (140). The air flow guide members (120, 130) have installation portions (121, 131) for installing spacers (151 to 153) to the fixed die (110), and air flow guide portions (122, 132) bent inwardly and upwardly from the installation portions (121, 131) and formed with exhaust passing holes (123, 133) at the centers thereof. The cover (140) has an outer peripheral portion (141) for installing the spacer (151), and a cover body (142) formed on the outer peripheral portion (141) in a convex shape. The air flow guide portion (132) of the lower air flow guide member (130) is formed to have an increased slope toward the upper portion so that flow velocity of the guided air flowing between the air flow guide portions (122, 132) adjacent to each other in a vertical direction is faster. The slope of the air flow guide portion (122) of the upper air flow guide member (120) is formed to be gentle than that of the air flow guide portion (132) of the lower air flow guide member (130). The flow velocity of the guided air is faster, and thus the flow of the discharge air is further faster, thereby improving the exhaust performance.
