Disclosed are a sensor strip for blood glucose monitoring, a method of manufacturing the sensor strip, and a monitoring device using the same. A method of manufacturing a sensor strip according to one aspect of the present invention includes a step of forming a first structure layer by forming an electrode in a first substrate; a step of forming a chamber-type insert in a second substrate; a step of spraying a molding material onto the second substrate; a step of hardening the molding material; a step of forming a chamber in one side by removing the chamber-type insert and the second substrate from the hardened molding material and forming a second structure layer which has one side where a chamber is formed; a step of spraying a reaction material to a position corresponding to the chamber; and a step of combining the first structure layer and the second structure layer to locate the reaction material in the chamber.
