Disclosed are a bio-fouling-resistant water treatment membrane which comprises: a thiol group containing polymer membrane, and metal covalent nanoparticles bonding with the thiol group, and a method to manufacture the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a membrane having excellent water permeability while controlling bio-fouling caused by microorganisms adhering and proliferating on the membrane surface, and to a method to manufacture the same.
