PURPOSE: A lignin component with low ash manufacturing method and a lignin component made by the same method are provided to reduce ash in the lignin by making the lignin component fine through insolubilization so that acid cleaning effects are improved and waste water is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A lignin component with low ash manufacturing method comprises the following steps. A liquid with lignin (16) solves the lignin to manufacture a lignin solution (1). By using double jet precipitation method for mixing the lignin solution and insoluble lignin, a lignin particle is segregated. The lignin particle is collected.
