SEMI-INTEGRAL ABUTMENT BRIDGE USING PRECAST PARAPET AND THE CONSTRUCTION THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a semi-integral bridge using a precast parapet which can be built relatively easily compared to a parapet and integrally connects a connection slab and a parapet to ensure efficient maintenance of the bridge and a construction method thereof. The construction method includes the steps of: installing an L-shaped precast parapet to be supported by a bridge bearing installed on a bridge shift constructed on a trenched foundation; mounting an end of a girder on a mounting groove formed on a horizontal plate of the L-shaped precast parapet; and forming a horizontal end beam by pouring precast parapet concrete onto the L-shaped precast parapet, which serves as a mold, to integrate the end units of the girder in the horizontal direction.
