Disclosed is a non-open cut excavation type underground structure construction method using a precast hollow block. Steel pipe blocks are individually pressed into corners of a structure built with precast hollow blocks. The precast hollow block is pressed into between the steel pipe blocks in order for the surfaces to be attached, therefore, the steel pipe block and the precast hollow block are pressed by a tendon to move as a single unit. A reinforcing bar assembly is inserted and arranged in the precast hollow block or in the steel pipe block and buried by poured concrete. The pressing construction is conducted on a rectangular excavation hole which is bigger than the diameter of the steel pipe block or the precast hollow block so that the pressing construction is conducted without excavation disturbance.
