The present invention relates to a smart health management system capable to be installed in a bathroom and a health management method using the same. According to the present invention, the smart health management system is installed in a bathroom and easily measures physical information such as weight, body fat, obesity, etc., whenever a user uses a bathroom to solve the inconvenience of an existing health management method that the user measures physical information such as his weight, records the same, and manages physical changes by oneself, and automatically transmits measured contents to a terminal such as a personal smart phone and stores the same, thereby efficiently performing health management at anytime and anywhere.
