More specifically, the present invention relates to a drug material, a health functional food, or a cosmetic product containing the fermented camellia japonica seed oil as an active ingredient for preventing and alleviating prostatic hyperplasia and male alopecia, wherein the fermented camellia japonica seed oil produced by fermenting camellia japonica seed oil includes plenty of essential free fatty acid and has a remarkable effect in controlling 5-alpha reductase, so that prostatic hyperplasia and male alopecia can be prevented and alleviated.
