The present invention relates to a device for preventing the inflow of foreign materials into a spindle of a machining center capable of flowing compression air by allowing an O-ring to open a passage using centrifugal force when a spindle is rotated by power supply, and blocking the inflow of foreign materials without the flowing compression air by closing the passage using the self weight of the O-ring when the spindle is stopped by an interruption to the power supply. The present invention comprises the spindle rotated by rotation force; a head body installed in the outer surface of the spindle; a spindle bearing installed between the spindle and the head body; a bearing retainer installed in the front end of the head body to fix a bearing outer ring of the spindle bearing; a bearing nut installed in the front end of the spindle bearing to prevent the separation of a bearing inner ring of the spindle bearing and having an inclined groove formed on the front surface; the O-ring installed in the inclined groove of the bearing nut; a first cover installed in the front end of the bearing retainer and the bearing nut to form the compression air passage; and a second cover installed in the front end of the first cover to form the compression air passage.
