The present invention relates to an implant for a spinous process, wherein a vertebral body having lesions can be fixed to a spinous process through a hanging technique with minimized amputation and without using a pedicle screw. A top hanging member is installed to be hung on one spinous process. A bottom hanging member is installed to be hung on another adjacent spinous process. The top hanging member is coupled with the bottom hanging member, and intervals in a vertebral body having lesions are decreased to be fixed by means of a fixing bolt. The top hanging member is hung on the spinous process in a lesion part. A state in which the bottom hanging member coupled with the top hanging member is hung on the other adjacent spinous process and a state in which the top hanging member and bottom hanging member are pulled to be closely adhered are fixed using a fixing bolt, so that the top hanging member and bottom hanging member which are hung on the spinous process can be stably fixed. At the same time, the fixed state can be stably maintained by means of a top ratchet and a bottom ratchet which are respectively formed on the top hanging member and the bottom hanging member.
