Disclosed are a tempering system of a martensite steel coil and a tempering method using the same capable of remarkably reducing working time by rapidly tempering a martensite steel coil by using an induced current during waiting time until being packed after being wound. The tempering system of a martensite steel coil includes a loader for stacking martensite steel coils wound by a hot-rolling process; an induced current generator which is inserted and mounted inside an inner cavity of the wound martensite steel coil and which tempers the martensite steel coil by applying an induced current on the inner surface of the wound martensite steel coil; a transfer unit which transfers the martensite steel coil in which the induced current generator is inserted and mounted; and an unloader for unloading the tempered martensite steel coil from the transfer unit.
