Disclosed is a container sealing body with excellent heat resistance, openability, and sealability. A container sealing body for high-frequency induction heating includes a ring-shaped heat sealing band closely contacting and heat-sealed to a container lip portion; a ring-shaped opening induction cutting band located at an inner portion of the heat sealing band along an inner circumference of the container lip; an opening tab extended from the opening induction cutting band; an upper layer having an opening cutting line enabling a lower layer to be opened along the inner circumference of the container lip along the opening induction cutting band (108) when the opening tab is held and pulled; and the lower layer having heat resistance and heat-sealed to the heat sealing band and the opening induction cutting band in the upper layer, wherein two or more opening cutting notch lines are formed at a lower end surface of the lower layer (400) located at a position where the lower layer (400) heat-sealed to the upper layer (300) is torn, cut, and begins to be separated when the opening tab (102) of the upper layer (300) is pulled toward an upper direction in a cross-cutting direction of the direction in which the opening tab (102) is pulled.
