PURPOSE: A tube support for a 3D digital radiography system for a medical purpose, a main driving unit, and a photography position adjusting method using thereof are provided to adjust an angle of the tube, thereby photographing the position of a patient accurately. CONSTITUTION: A frame(300) installs a tube(400) in one end. The frame installs a detector(600) in the other end. The frame is connected to the front of a stand. A control unit controls a driving mode of the frame. The frame is up-downed by an up-down driving module.
