The present invention provides a recombinant expression vector which expresses M cell targeting peptide CKS9 conjugated IL2 protein, and a recombinant expression vector conjugated recombinant lactococcus lactis, thereby being able to produce M cell targeting peptide CKS9 conjugated T cell growth factor protein; more efficiently pass through the M cells on intestinal Payers Patch surface; be delivered to T cells in the lower part; and activate the T cells. Therefore, the present invention can provide edible vaccines for immunity enhancing which can strongly induce a mucosal immune response.
