1. A method for updating tissue or cells of a patient cell line, comprising (i) obtaining committed progenitor cells of the first cell line; (ii) reprogramming committed progenitor cells to obtain reprogrammed cells; and (in) administering reprogrammed cells to a patient. 2. The method according to claim 1, in which the patient is ill with diseases or disorders selected from the group including bone marrow disorder, hematological conditions, aplastic anemia, beta-thalassemia, motor neuron disease, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, renal disease, disseminated sclerosis, clogging heart failure, hepatitis C virus, human immunodeficiency virus, head trauma, spinal cord injuries, lung disease, depression, nonobstructive azoospermia, andropause, menopause and infertility, rejuvenation, scleroderma ulcers, psoriasis, wrinkles, cirrhosis, autoimmune disease, baldness, retinitis, crystalline dystrophy / blindness, diabetes, cirrhosis of the liver and infertility. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the reprogrammed cells are selected from the group consisting of pluripotent stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, neuronal stem cells, epithelial stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, endoderm and neuroectoderm stem cells, germ cells, extraembryonic stem cells, renal cells, alveolar epithelial cells, alveolar endoderm cells, neurons, ectoderm cells, islet cells, acinar cells, oocytes, sperm, hepatocytes, ke ratinocytes, melanocytes, osteocytes,
