FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for production of high-efficiency sintered permanent magnets Fe-Nd-B. Metal melt allot fused in crucible is fed as the melt free falling jet into clearance between two cooling rolls spinning toward each other and in melt jet fall direction. Crystallisation products are obtained at band or flakes flowing from both rolls on direction of the melt jet flow initial direction. Said rolls are continuously displaced relative to each other along rotational axis. Rim speed of one roll makes 0.4-0.6 of that of another roll.;EFFECT: melt jet gets permanently at new surface point of the roll axially and circumferentially to allow efficient cooling and production of amorphous and fine-grain structure.;17 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
