Structural abradable / abrasive sealing device for a stationary component of the steam turbine, located opposite the operation of at least one seal tooth on the rotating steam turbine component ensuring obstructed leakage flow through said device and / or the direction of leakage flux in a first direction and comprising:;an annular seal holder having at least one annular sealing surface is oriented in the axial direction,;structural abradable / abrasive sealing coating at least partially covering said at least one axially oriented annular sealing surface and having at operation formed therein a structure which is arranged to its location facing said at least one an opposite seal tooth so that it at least partially penetrates into it, and;protivovihrevye elements projecting radially outside said structure and disposed circumferentially around said at least one axially oriented annular sealing surface.;2. Structural abradable / abrasive sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the abradable seal coating comprises a ceramic material or a metal alloy.;3. Structural abradable / abrasive sealing device according to claim 1, wherein said structure has a depth of about 50-100% of the total thickness of said abradable seal coating.;4. Structural abradable / abrasive sealing device according to claim 1, wherein said protivovihrevye elements comprise a first set of substantially rectangular blocks aligned and spaced around a peripheral edge of said ring holder, referred axially from said at least one seal tooth wherein said rectangular blocks are arranged at an acute angle relative to the axial center line through said seal ring holder.;5. Structural abradable / abrasive sealing device according to claim 4, wherein said protivovihrevye elements further comprise a second set of substantially rectangular blocks aligned opposite and spaced around the peripheral edge of said annular carrier, said second set of rectangular blocks positioned substantially under the same an acute angle, and that a first set of substantially rectangular blocks.;6. Structural abradable / abrasive sealing device according to claim 1, wherein said protivovihrevye elements comprise three or more axially spaced rows of peripheral blocks is substantially rectangular.;7. The stationary steam turbine component according to claim 15, wherein said second structural abradable / abrasive coating comprises one or more protivovihrevyh elements projecting radially beyond said structural abradable / abrasive coating or liner.;17. The assembly of the turbine blade and an abradable seal comprising;blade having an end shroud formed with a radially directed seal teeth,;a fixed stator component surrounding said blade and comprising abradable seals disposed opposite the respective radially extending seal teeth, each of the abradable seal includes abradable seal coating having formed on its surface structure facing the corresponding one of the radially extending seal teeth, and at least one protivovihrevoy element extending radially beyond said structure and disposed with the passage providing at least an axial flow component through said sealing device, wherein said at least one protivovihrevoy element is located opposite one of said radially extending seal teeth, so that said tooth is at least partially penetrates it.;18. An assembly according to claim 17, wherein said at least one element comprises protivovihrevoy disposed circumferentially protivovihrevyh series elements.;19. An assembly according to claim 18, wherein said circumferentially disposed rows protivovihrevyh elements are spaced in the axial direction and are arranged offset relative to each other in the circumferential direction.;20.
