NON-DESTRUCTIVE METHOD FOR DETECTING BURNINGS DURING PROCESSING BECAME STEELS WITH VERY HIGH RESISTANCE AND A SET OF SAMPLES FOR GRADING BURNINGS DURING PROCESSING THIS STEEL
1. A non-destructive method for detecting THR stainless steel treatment burns, characterized in that the treated steel (A1, A2) is immersed in an aqueous acid solution containing hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, while a set of samples for calibrating the steel treatment burns is obtained by immersion of samples (P1 -P10; P11-P18) subjected to specified damage in the specified aqueous solution of acids, while the samples are classified by the level of their gray color, resulting from immersion and corresponding to a certain firm ti, wherein steel (A1, A2) is then compared with a set of samples (P1-P10; P11-P18) with the calibration okraskoy.2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the duration of immersion in the acid solution is at least 5 minutes. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the contents of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid in the solution are substantially identical. The method according to claim 3, in which the solution, by volume, consists of 10-20% hydrofluoric acid, 10-20% nitric acid and 60-80% water. The method according to claim 4, in which the steel (A1, A2) is then immersed in a bath of nitric acid to remove soot. The method according to claim 1, in which flat samples (P1-P10; P11-P18) of this steel are made and subjected to heat treatments with variable overheating, corresponding to model polishing. A set of samples for implementing the detection method according to claim 1.
