A method of predicting a five-year survival of patients with infiltrating breast cancer by determining the total score of malignancy, characterized in that on the basis of pathomorphological study of histological preparation of tumor tissue by summing the six micromorphological parameters (grade, polymorphism, mitotic activity of tumor cells, the nature of the invasive growth degree lymphohistiocytic infiltration, the presence of tumor emboli in vessels stroma) expressed in ba illallah determined total score of malignancy, and its significance at less than 14 with 95% probability it is possible to predict a five year survival rate of patients with infiltrating breast cancer and, if its value is higher than 15 can predict poor outcome.
