The method of immobilization of protein molecules on the surface of magnet iron nanoparticles coated carbon shell comprising powder reacting with dissolved water 4 karboksibenzoldiazony tosylate to form a covalent bond of organic functional groups with powder surface iron nanoparticles coated carbon shell further carried carbodiimide activation using systems: dicyclohexylcarbodiimide with N-hydroxysuccinimide in dimethyl sulfoxide or distilled water (DCC / NHS DMSO / HO) or 1- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride with N-hydroxysuccinimide in water (EDC / NHS in HO) or phosphate buffered saline, carried covalent "crosslinking" of protein molecules with an activated COOH group in an aqueous or buffered medium.
