1. Glazed food composition comprising: a food product and a glaze, in which the glaze contains a mixture of erythritol and at least one filler, wherein the erythritol is from 20% to 90% by weight of the glaze, and the filler is from 10% to 80% by weight. % glaze, and the filler is selected from the group consisting of maltodextrin, soluble fiber and bulk sweetener, while soluble fiber contains non-starch polysaccharides, oligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides, tagatose, inulin, polydextrose, resistant f maltodextrins, indigestible gluco-oligosaccharides, dextrins and other prebiotic carbohydrates; and the bulk sweetener contains natural or artificial sweeteners containing sugar, glucose syrups, maltose syrups, high fructose corn syrups, maltooligosaccharides, mono-, di- and polysaccharides, honey, sucromalt, isomaltulose, psikozu and isomaltioig this glaze at least partially covers the food composition. 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the food product contains a cereal product, a bakery product, or a snack food product. The composition of claim 1, further comprising one or more additives selected from the group consisting of colorants, flavors, cocoa powder, natural or synthetic high-intensity sweeteners, lignin, pectin, arabinoxylans, arabinogalactans, beta-glucans, galactomannans, carrageenans, alginates , xanthan, cellulose, starch, modified starches, modified cellulose, or combinations thereof. 4.
