1. A process comprising mixing the alkylated aromatic acid with a mixture comprising a first liquid and a second liquid, thereby causing the formation of organogel containing alkylated aromatic acid and a first zhidkost.2. A method according to claim 1, wherein the organogel formation causes separation of at least some of the first fluid from the second zhidkosti.3. A method according to claim 1, wherein the first liquid and the second liquid are nesmeshivaemymi.4. A method according to claim 1, wherein the alkylated aromatic acid is mixed with the first liquid in an amount of from 0.05% to 20% by weight of the first zhidkosti.5. A method according to claim 1, wherein the alkylated aromatic acid is mixed with the first liquid in an amount no greater than about 20% by weight of the first zhidkosti.6. A method according to claim 1, wherein the first liquid and the second liquid present in relative amounts of from about 0.1 to about 1 part by weight first liquid per 1 part by weight second zhidkosti.7. The method of claim 1 further comprising separating from smesi.8 organogel. A method according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises separating distillyatsiyu.9. A method according to claim 1, wherein the alkylated aromatic acid has the formula ,, or mixtures thereof, in which R, R, R, r and are each independently of the other represents: (i) hydrogen atom; (ii) alkyl groups, including substituted and unsubstituted alkyl group in which the heteroatoms like may or may not be present in the alkyl group; (iii) aryl groups, including substituted and unsubstituted aryl groups, wherein heteroatoms like may or may not be present in the aryl group; (iv ) arylalkyl groups, including substituted and unsubstituted s ar
