1. A computer-implemented method for visualizing seismic data from an underground region and creating seismograms of the total reflection angle or total azimuth, comprising the migration of seismic data using the region of the backward migration space in the time domain or migration according to the wave equation, and calculating the reflection angle or azimuthal angle or both, as seismic data migrate, from the available information on the local particle velocity, pressure, and stress tensor. 2. The method according to claim 1, in which the calculation of the reflection angle or azimuthal angle, or both, and the formation of angular seismograms comprises the following steps on a computer: from the available information about data migration for each image point from the set of selected image points, the stress tensor and the local velocity are calculated particles for the forward seismic wave propagating from the position of the seismic source to the image point and for another backward propagating seismic wave from the position of the receiver to the image point the use of the stress tensor and local particle velocity to calculate the direction of seismic energy propagation for the seismic wave field propagated forward and for the seismic wave field propagated backward; if the underground area is an anisotropic medium, then the directions of the angular velocity of the seismic wave field are correlated with the direction of the angles of propagation of the seismic wave field energy, which is the direction of the group velocity vector of the seismic wave field; if underground area is anisotropic medium
