A method comprising: introducing into a population of cells instructions for manufacturing a plurality of idiotypically modulated pharmacoeffectors (IMPs), each of a plurality of manufactured IMPs comprises: a detection domain of one or more nucleotide sequences that have affinity for conjugated sequences, and an activation domain connected to it a detection domain, wherein the detection domain of each IMP subgroup of a plurality of manufactured IMPs is configured to link one or more sequences; where the activation domain of each IMP subgroup of a plurality of manufactured IMPs is configured to activate and cause a downward cascading effect in the cell population. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the instructions are encoded on a plasmid. The method of claim 1, wherein the cell population includes blood flow. The method of claim 1, wherein the cell population comprises tissue culture. The method of claim 1, wherein the activation domain comprises proapoptotic caspase. A method comprising: introducing a plurality of engineered idiotypically modulated pharmacoeffectors (IMPs) into a cell population, each IMP comprises: a detection domain of one or more nucleotide sequences that have affinity for conjugated sequences, and an activation domain linked to a detection domain; linking the detection domain of each IMP subgroups of multiple IMPs with one or more sequences; and activation of the activation domain of each IMP subgroup of the set of IMPs, activation causing a downward cascading effect in each cell of at least a subgroup of the cell population. 7.
