A method comprising: introducing a plurality of engineered idiotypically modulated pharmacoeffectors (IMPs) into a cell population, each IMP comprises: a detection domain of one or more nucleotide sequences that have affinity for conjugated sequences, and an activation domain linked to a detection domain; linking the detection domain of each IMP subgroups of multiple IMPs with one or more sequences; and activation of the activation domain of each IMP subgroup of the set of IMPs, activation causing a downward cascading effect in each cell of at least a subgroup of the cell population. 7.
