The generator has an inlet and an outlet, the first three-way valves connected to the reservoir with the eluent and the pump for the elution, the second is fixed to the outlet fittings of the generator is connected to a conduit for transporting the eluate and in the end it is a second sterilizing filter and the third three-way valve connected to a unidirectional valve, to the catheter for intravenous infusion and a syringe, wherein the sterilizing filters include integral air valves, a pressure sensor is installed between the first three-way valve and the first sterilizing filter, radioactivity sensor - a sterilizing filter before the second, the fourth three-way valve located at the inlet fittings of the generator, and a unidirectional valve - sterilizing filter between the second and third three-way stopcock. The system allows to measure the activity of the drug when administered directly to the patient, provides the introduction of the necessary dose in automatic mode, provides an assessment of the state of the generator column sorbent using a pressure sensor, it is characterized by simplicity of construction and is intended for the assembly directly to PET centers. The developed software eliminates the need for manual calculations of radioactivity at the calibration of the instrument.
