The invention relates to the field of electric power and can be used to reduce the velocity and peak recovery voltage with a current-limiting reactors chains. The object of this utility model is to improve the device for limiting transient recovery voltage in circuits with current-limiting reactors, which can reduce its size, complexity and expense. The solution of this object is achieved by the fact that in the known device for limiting transient recovery voltage with a current-limiting reactors circuits comprising series-connected capacitor and resistor, the free terminal of the resistor is connected to "ground", the capacitor is in the form of a shielded power cable, isolated from the outside and provided with a plug at one end of an electrically insulating material, the other end of a shielded power cable using a cable box connected to the current riding the bus connecting the electrical switch and a current limiting reactor and the shield of a shielded power cable at one of its ends connected to the resistor. The proposed technical solution allows to simplify the structure, reduce cost of manufacture and installation of the device for limiting transient recovery voltage in circuits with current-limiting reactors due to elimination of the cumbersome and complicated circuit capacitor, and increase reliability and the electrical power supply. The proposed technical solution can be used to limit the rate of rise and peak transient recovery voltage in circuits with current-limiting reactors for electric substations 110 kV and above.
