The inlet device of a gas turbine installation, comprising a pipeline having an inlet part, fluidly connected to the outlet part through an intermediate part, said inlet, outlet and intermediate parts defining a fluid flow passage, and a throttling device located in said pipeline in the inlet part, or in the exhaust part, or in the intermediate part, and the throttling device is made and located with the possibility of selective installation of the differential pressure in the specified ONET sredy.2 fluid flow passage. The inlet device according to claim 1, wherein the throttling device comprises flaps located in the inlet part of the pipeline and which are selectively biased between the first position for setting a small pressure drop at which a substantially unobstructed inlet zone of the pipe is provided and the second position for installing a large differential pressure at which a substantially limited inlet area of the pipeline is provided. 3. The inlet device according to claim 2, wherein each damper has a central fulcrum defining an axis of rotation.
