The technical solution refers to a constructive arrangement vessels equipment intended for special purposes and comprising a device for detecting objects under water, and may be used for deep (6000 m) phototelevision shooting in the oceans. The technical result of the proposed complex "Neptune-C-M1" is achieved by placing the telemetry units and electronics in different pressure hull, which leads to ease of maintenance and operation of the complex, and by including the underwater module of the complex scaling elements in the form of laser radiation sources with their own unit power, allowing uniquely identify the lag of the slope and a photographic subject in relation to the camera, as well as the lag of the slope and the underwater unit of the complex relative to the ground. Underwater unit complex provided with at least one additional flash-lamp (pulsed lamp), which provides uniform illumination of the underwater work and an increase in lamp operation cycles, with strong camera housing and telemetry unit are provided with sensors wicking and subsea module complex electronics unit comprises a charge video capture.
